Highway Department
The Highway Department is responsible for maintaining the 35.5 miles of town roads. Petersburgh currently employs 4 full time Highway Crew members. Their tasks include the general upkeep and improvement of roadways, drainage systems, bridges, and town buildings. In the winter months, snow removal and sand/salt distribution of town roads are also part of their responsibility.
